Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco is an American-Canadian artist and singer. She has released over 20 albums of studio work. DiFranco has released more than 20 albums. Ani Difranco is widely acknowledged as a pioneer for feminist music. In the year 1990 she was one of the first artists to create her own record label. DiFranco's parents, Elizabeth (Ross), a former student at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Dante Americo DiFranco met each the other when they were students at the same school.
