Dua Lipa is a Brit musician and singer who was who was born in London United Kingdom on August 22nd 1995. Her self-titled debut was released in 2017, after she been signed by Warner Bros Records. The album reached number three on the U.K. Albums Chart and was followed by eight singles which included Be the One I.D.G.A.F and the U.K. Number One track New Rules which peaked at number six on the charts in the United States. Lipa has won Brit Awards for 2018 for the categories of British Female Artist, British Breakthrough Act. Furthermore, the platinum album has been praised across multiple countries. Dua Lipa was born in London with Kosovo Albanian parents Anesa rexha (mother) and Dukagjin lilipa (father). Her parents are of Kosovo Albanian descent. Bosnian roots through her grandmother.
